1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in original designer perfumes from world-renowned brands including Armani, Byredo, Chanel, Creed, Dior, Givenchy, Gucci, Hermès, Initio, Jo Malone London, Maison Francis Kurkdjian (MFK), Parfums de Marly, Prada, Tom Ford, Valentino, and Yves Saint Laurent (YSL).


2. Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. All products sold at OpusFragrance are original.


3. Where are you located?

Our store is based in Casablanca, Morocco, and we ship worldwide.


4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Delivery usually takes 7–12 working days, depending on your location and local customs processing.


5. Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package until it arrives at your address.


6. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons.


7. How do I start a return?

Please email us at opusfragrance@269forsale.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the process.


8. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at opusfragrance@269forsale.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue quickly.


9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide unless restricted by local customs regulations. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
